وكالة الفضاء الأميركية "ناسا" تطلق مركبة فضائية "باركر سولار بروب".

صُمّمت المركبة لتتحمل درجات الحرارة والإشعاعات الصادرة من الشمس،

إذ زوّدها العلماء بدروع حرارية عازلة لمواجهة المركبة درجات حرارة تصل إلى نحو 1370 درجة مئوية عند أقرب نقطة تمر بها من الشمس،

تبلغ تكلفة المشروع 1.5 بليون دولار!
